Building mobility
at scale
I build service network systems, fleet readiness, and physical operations that keep electric and autonomous vehicles moving.

01 — Lucid Motors

Rethinking
mobile service
At Lucid, I led service tooling systems, mobile service readiness, and field operations support designed to help technicians execute complex EV service work at scale.
- 01Founded Gravity mobile service platform development and deployment.
- 02Launched Lucid Service Tooling Portal, a source of truth of EV service tooling, all in one place.
- 03Scaled tooling & readiness across 40+ service locations, nationally & globally
- 04Cross-functional budgeting, cost savings & planning through careful sourcing (>$5.5M saving YTD)
- 05Field-ready systems for technicians and service teams (tooling request, audit, and communications)

Service Network
Supported field readiness across Lucid's growing North American service footprint — connecting tooling, mobile service, and service center operations into one scalable network.
- — Service center readiness
- — Mobile service support
- — Tooling deployment
- — Cross-functional field operations
— Origin
Where it all started.
Before OEM programs, EV tooling, and national service operations, it started in a four-bay shop in San Carlos.

Est. 2012, San Carlos Auto Solutions became more than a repair facility — it became a Bay Area enthusiast hub built around trust, craftsmanship, and automotive culture. I helped transform the business from the shop floor up, scaling operations, expanding its specialty focus, and building a reputation-driven brand serving European performance, JDM, and NSX communities.

- 01Scaled San Carlos Auto Solutions from a struggling shop into a recognized Bay Area specialty service business.
- 02Grew annual vehicle count from under 500 to over 1,200 while expanding into European performance, JDM, and NSX specialty work
- 03Built the shop into a local enthusiast hub through community events, trust-based service, and long-term customer relationships
- 04Led business operations across staffing, vendor partnerships, customer experience, workflow, pricing, and service strategy
- 05Created a reputation-driven brand centered on transparency, craftsmanship, ethical service, and automotive culture
— About Me
Built by
the culture.
— Off the clock

I was born in California and moved to Hong Kong at a young age, where I grew up surrounded by car culture. From an early age, I knew I wanted to build a life around cars—not just as a hobby, but as a craft, a business, and a way to connect with people.
When I moved back to the United States at 16, I was immediately immersed in the local automotive scene. Working inside an independent repair shop gave me the foundation to understand vehicles from the ground up: diagnostics, service operations, customer experience, and the trust required to do the work the right way.
Over time, I had the opportunity to help transform a struggling business into one of the most recognized independent service centers in the area, specializing in European performance vehicles and JDM imports. Beyond the business itself, I focused on building a community—creating a space where enthusiasts, technicians, and customers could come together around ethical mechanical work, transparency, and shared passion for cars.
Outside of work, I’m an adventurist at heart. I enjoy off-roading, track days, exploring new places, and traveling internationally. Whether it’s behind the wheel, inside a shop, or building something new, I’m driven by the same principles: curiosity, craftsmanship, and respect for the culture that shaped me.
